José Luis Lombardi

I’m a tourist industry and road passenger transport professional with 20 years of experience.

I’ve developed my professional career in the leading multinational companies in my sector – Alsa | National Express and TUI Group – where I’ve worked in a variety of roles, from the management of Customer Relations and Integrated Management Systems to the General Management of business units as well as Commercial and Operations Management.

As a result, I have extensive experience in financial management and profit and loss accounts, commercial relations with customers, suppliers and public administrations, staff management and collective bargaining as well as the ultimate responsibility in terms of production and operations.

I hold a degree in Law from the University of León, Diploma in Advanced Studies (Doctorate) from the same university, an Advance Management Program – PDG from the IESE Business School and an Executive MBA from the CEU | IAM Business School. I also have extensive complementary training connected to business management in general and road passenger transport in particular.

I also have a Professional Competence Certificate for the exercise of road passenger transport activity.

Besides the achievement of objectives such as financial results, customer satisfaction and team commitment, I’ve always supported process simplification, agility and improvement of operational efficiency and digital transformation in my areas of responsibility as key and priority fields of business development.

Since 2019, with a strictly practical and effective approach, I have been offering specialised and independent advisory and consulting services to companies in the road passenger transport sector.
